This place was one of the reasons why we went to Buenos Aires. We tried walking in once without success but was able to find a slot for lunch a week later. As a meat lover who’s tried a fair share around the world, I’d say this place is solidly "A" - and the best meat at least among the four parrillas we visited in BA. The quality of the meat was great and cooked very properly. Bread was also good - a legit focaccia - and provola was excellent - as my Italian wife said, "just like my grand mother used to make". However, the assortment served before the meat was somewhat distracting. We ordered 400 g each of ribeye (ojo de bife) and New York strip (bife de chorizo) and a separate salad for two people - yes somewhat more than necessaey. Nonetheless, so many dishes were brought out beforehand that by the time the meat arrived, we were not able to fully appreciate it. I believe we would have enjoyed the meat even more with more space in stomach and we hardly touched the salad as there were plenty of vegetable sides on the table already. Either serving them together, or a bit of explanation - or better research by customers - would be an idea. The ambience of the restaurant was also very nice with pleasant staff, who knew what they were doing. This place doesn't seem too interested in positioning itself as Michelin star restaurant but rather a local nice restaurant, focused on what it's good at. So it's worth a visit.

Outstanding from start to finish. This place absolutely lives up to the hype and then some. The chorizo and morcilla were both excellent, full of flavour and perfectly prepared. The fillet steak was the real highlight, easily one of the best I’ve had in Buenos Aires. I was actually hesitant to come here because it gets recommended so often and I thought it might be overhyped, but it completely exceeded expectations. The service, atmosphere and attention to detail were all top class. This is now one of my favourite restaurants in the city and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The food was delicious, they have a great selection of meats and a really nice dry age beef display. The atmosphere was intimate. Service was a little slow between tables but it didn't ruin the night. Would definetly look forward to coming back.

Went to our first Argentine Steakhouse for dinner last night and it was incredible! They brought out 2 rolls, 2 big foccacia bread pieces, and some olive bread w/ a side of a spicy butter and chimichurri olives to start. Got the 400g prime rib which came with tomatoes, garlic mayo and forget the third item. My wife got the arugula and parmesan sald which she enjoyed. The restaurant also brought out what was essentially a side sampler with our entrees which was mashed potatoes, candied sweet potatoes, apple puree/sauce, garlic confit, sweet corn w/ cheese, and potato kugel w/ chimichurri. They were all delicious.

This food absolutely speaks for itself, but no wonder it has thousands of great reviews! I traveled to Buenos Aires in search of an authentic Argentinian steak house, and this is it. They have perfected their craft! I got the medium rib-eye steak and it was so flavorful, cooked perfectly, and came with many accompaniments. The staff here is incredible professional. There were at least 8 accompaniments (included with the order), a very generous bread board, and many delicious sauces and dips for the bread and meat. The service was wonderful. Nelson, my server, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I came for lunch and it was great to beat the crowds that likely come for dinner. It was also a great ambience and not too loud, so you can talk easily. A table in the front by the window is great for people watching. Would recommend a reservation a week ahead if possible. Would absolutely recommend for anyone coming to Buenos Aires. Apparently there are also other locations around Latin America.
